Scope — What This Section Covers

This section applies to all digital products sold through VivianYip.com and CRUHomes.com, including but not limited to: the InnKeeper Agreement Template, the Pet Addendum Template, any downloadable clause guides, checklists, or PDF resources (collectively, "Digital Products").

Digital Products are distinct from course programs (the 30-Day MTR Business Accelerator and The Frictionless MTR System), which are governed by their own sections below.

Educational Purpose — Not Legal Advice

All Digital Products are sold for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in any Digital Product constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your purchase.

The InnKeeper Agreement Template and Pet Addendum Template are document templates developed with reference to Texas law. Before using any template with any guest, in any property, you must have it reviewed by a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the state or jurisdiction where your property is located. This requirement is non-negotiable and is stated in the template documents themselves.

No Refund Policy — All Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate digital delivery of all Digital Products upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the content or format of the product
• Determination that the template requires modification before use in your jurisdiction
• Failure to watch any associated video or complete any associated prerequisite before downloading
• Inability to open, use, or edit the file in your software environment
• Change of mind after purchase
• Duplicate purchase

Chargeback Prohibition

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be returned.
2. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal after receiving access to any Digital Product — without demonstrable evidence of seller fraud — constitutes an unauthorized attempt to obtain the product without payment, which may constitute theft of services under applicable law.
3. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Corporate Rentals USA LLC reserves the right to: (a) dispute the chargeback with full documentation of delivery, purchase acknowledgment, and these Terms; (b) report the matter to applicable credit bureaus and collections agencies; (c) pursue all available civil and criminal remedies; and (d) permanently revoke the purchaser's access to all current and future products and programs.
4. You waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute except in cases of provable seller fraud — defined as deliberate misrepresentation of the product's nature or non-delivery of the purchased file.

Errors & Omissions — Limitation of Liability

Corporate Rentals USA LLC has made reasonable efforts to ensure that Digital Products are accurate and useful at the time of publication. However, we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or legal enforceability in any jurisdiction.

The templates may contain errors, omissions, or provisions that are inapplicable or unenforceable in your jurisdiction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to have the templates reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before use.

Seller's total liability for any claim arising from a Digital Product purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that product. Under no circumstances shall Corporate Rentals USA LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including lost income, lost bookings, legal fees incurred by the buyer, or damages arising from reliance on template language without independent legal review.

Buyer Indemnification

By purchasing any Digital Product, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corporate Rentals USA LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of any Digital Product
• Your failure to obtain independent legal review before using any template
• Any claim by a third party (including guests, tenants, or law enforcement) arising from your use of the templates
• Any modification you make to the templates after purchase

No Redistribution

Digital Products are licensed for personal, single-operator use only. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, share, gift, post publicly, or redistribute any Digital Product or any portion thereof — in original or modified form — without express written permission from Corporate Rentals USA LLC.

Property managers and operators managing multiple properties on behalf of others must obtain a separate license for each business entity using the templates. Contact [email protected] for licensing inquiries.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from the purchase or use of Digital Products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.

Program Access & Use

Upon purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable access to all Program materials via GoHighLevel. This includes video modules, workbooks, downloadable resources, and a one-time group coaching session. Unless otherwise stated, access is lifetime. Corporate Rentals USA LLC reserves the right to modify this policy with reasonable advance notice.

All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written consent. All course materials are digitally watermarked and monitored for unauthorized distribution. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious account activity and to revoke access without refund if misuse is detected.

Community Access

Access to any associated community group is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Corporate Rentals USA LLC reserves the right to revoke group access at any time for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

Payment Terms

The published price for this Program is $1,997. Promotional pricing may apply. All payments must be made in full at the time of enrollment. No payment plans are offered at this time.

Refund Policy — 30-Day Guarantee

If you feel the Program isn't right for you, you have a 30-day refund window. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request for 30 Day MTR Business Accelerator" by 11:59 PM Central Time on Day 30 after purchase.

Program Access & Use

Upon purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable access to Program materials via GoHighLevel, including self-paced video modules, workbooks, downloadable templates, and live coaching sessions held once per week. Access to course materials is lifetime. All content is protected under U.S. copyright law and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Payment Terms

The full program investment is $9,997, payable in full at the time of enrollment. No payment plans are currently offered.

Refund Policy — Action-Based Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you complete all required work and still feel the program isn't a fit. Your refund request email must include all six of the following:

1. Receipt or screenshot showing active subscription to a dynamic pricing tool (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or comparable)
2. Link or screenshots confirming listing implementation per the Airbnb Optimization Guide, or live listings on Zillow or Apartments.com
3. Screenshot showing your calendar configured for mid-term stays
4. Proof of a listing onboarded into a Property Management System
5. Written explanation of what you hoped to achieve and why the Program did not meet your expectations
6. Documented attendance in at least four (4) live coaching calls within the 14-day window

Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your individual effort, prior experience, market conditions, and execution. Corporate Rentals USA LLC makes no income promises or financial projections of any kind.
