What's included?
This is done-with-you. You get the Frictionless MTR System Accelerator: Gap-Proof Booking, predictable pricing, guest screening, and a calendar set up for longer stays. My team helps you configure your property management system and pricing tool so your homes are visible to mid-term guests. You also get direct access to me when a decision can't wait. It's a 90-day program. You'll join a live group call every Monday night at 6 PM CT (about an hour, sometimes a little longer), get support anytime in our private Slack channel, and book as many one-on-one calls as you'd like with our student success coordinator.
How much time does it take?
Plan for at least 2 to 3 hours of work a week during implementation, which usually takes about two weeks (sometimes sooner if you're committed). The goal is to get you onboarded fast, so you spend the rest of your 90 days getting comfortable running the system. Plan to show up and implement. The setup work is front-loaded, so the business gets quieter once your system is running.
When does it start?
A new cohort starts on the 15th of every month. The next one starts November 15.
Do I need a property management system already?
No. The program is built on Jurny and the blueprint I created for this hybrid model, so if you don't have a system yet, we'll set you up on Jurny. If you're already on another property management system, you can choose to stay on it, but you may not get the full benefits of the program.
Disclosure: I'm a Jurny affiliate and receive a payment for each student onboarded onto Jurny. This doesn't change what you pay for the program.
Are there additional costs beyond the program?
Yes, and I want you to know them up front. Jurny is normally $1,200 a year per listing, but I've negotiated 50% off when you pay for a year upfront, so it's $600 per listing per year (about $50 a month). That includes a Wheelhouse membership for pricing. I personally use PriceLabs, which runs about $20 extra per listing per month, and I can teach you either one. For example, with five listings you'd budget about $3,000 a year for Jurny on top of the program.
Why is there a call instead of a buy button?
Because I only want people in the program I know we can help. Every applicant has a short call with us first. If it's a fit, you'll get your enrollment link after the call.
What if I only have one home?
Many of my students started with one. If you want to grow, or your time is worth more than doing it all yourself, apply. We'll tell you honestly on the call whether it's the right move.
