About Vivian
From Apple launches to a 1,000+ home network
Vivian spent nearly seven years at Apple as an iPhone Program Manager, running launches and complex supply chains. After that stress cost her her hair, she bet on herself and built a life on her own terms through real estate.
Today she co-founded Hestia360, a property management company running 30+ homes, and built a 1,000+ home mid-term rental network. She and her husband James are both licensed Texas Realtors and have flipped 40+ homes together. Vivian is the author of the #1 Amazon bestseller The Frictionless MTR System and hosts The Mid Term Rental Movement podcast.
